Refund and Return Policy

At 17thchills, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our food products, the following Refund and Return Policy applies.
1. No Returns on Food Items
All food items sold by 17thchills, including yogurts, buffet meals, shawarma, beverages, and other perishable products, cannot be returned once delivered or picked up.
2. No Refunds After Preparation
Because our products are freshly prepared, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed and prepared.
3. Eligible Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following conditions:
• You received the wrong item
• Your order was missing items
• Your food arrived damaged or spilled
Any of the above issues must be reported immediately at the point of delivery or within 1 hour of receipt.
4. How to Report an Issue
To report a problem, please contact us with:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photo evidence where applicable

5. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
• Processing time may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Order Cancellations
• Orders may be cancelled only before preparation begins.
• Once preparation has started, cancellation and refunds are no longer possible.
7. Delivery Issues
17thchills is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
• Customer unavailability at the delivery location
Such cases are not eligible for refunds.
